  酒店环境服务均OK，但平台宣传存在部分虚假，误导我们消费，入住不太顺利。同程平台宣传1.8米大床3张，实际只有2张大床，1张小床，我们一行2位成人，一位老人。酒店管理人员及服务人员至凌晨帮忙联系同程平台试图完成订单更改以示歉意并赠送服务，但平台至今无回应。平台必须就此正式回复我们，并合理赔偿我们的经济损失和精神损失，否则此后本人将不再使用同程平台酒店服务，并告诫亲朋好友和同事等不使用同程酒店服务。

  第一次体验露营，很新奇。南山上面的安坪露营酒店 环境 空气都很棒，房间大 感觉住四个人都可以。整个木屋都是在草坪上 外面还有摇床 感觉美美的。床的舒适度刚好，房间里的干花熏得房间里香喷喷的 。空调 冰箱 保险柜一应俱全。下次来的话可以选择其他的房型试一下。这里的汤都，让我有种身在日本样，在国内体验到了过完的感觉。没来的朋友可以来体验一下。

  停车场很大 退房的时候可以找前台拿一个免费停车的二维码扫一下..我们住的是星空房，这个天气去刚进房间的热的你喘不过气，开会就好了.洗澡的公共沐浴间很干净.卫生..孩子去隔壁的话就是加勒比水世界..晚上没有地气..傍晚可以在门口抬张桌子外面三五个好友聊天.喝酒..但是??蚊子多哟..我被咬安逸了..还有就是早餐差了点..提高一下你们的早餐质量！对于飞机声哈..确实五分钟一班..但是我困了比较能睡着..所以这个对我是没有影响的

  周末亲子游住一夜还不错，我们住的最贵的房型，虽然床品、卫浴设施、酒店服务跟同价位酒店相比还有很大差距，但结合上露营的环境，也还是满意的。白天飞机飞过的声音特别大，午睡受影响，但夜间还好，飞机很少。餐厅就是海昌汤都的自助餐，性价比不高，但带着孩子吃酒店自助比在外面吃农家乐泉水鸡合适。早餐非常简陋，虽然包含在房费里，但还是觉得有失水准。

  第一次入住帐篷酒店，满怀期待，环境还是蛮不错的，就是房间暖风机的噪音太大声了，影响睡眠，一个晚上都没有休息好……
