  在酒店的那两天，我在大堂喝茶，听着客人来问，多少钱，有什么，前台都回答说了多少钱，酒店只含早餐，客人还在那里说，能不能送门票，能不能这样、能不能那样，一两百的房价，要求五星级酒店都达不到你们所要求的。所以不明白，又不想花钱，又那么多要求，不然就在网络上给差评。我的酒店入住的都是经英级别以上的人物，不在乎钱，服务价值自然是高级别。所以，你不想花钱，为什么要为难别人呢？

  在这样的一个山区里的小景区的大环境下，这样一家酒店算不错啦，很大的停车场，前台的服务很标准化，客房服务员卫生做得很干净，对待客人很有礼貌，24小时热水，早餐品种不太多，十个左右吧，但这样的环境下，酒店应该是很用心去对待客人了。入住之前看了很多评论，犹豫了很久，还是决定入住这家，然后连续住了两天。各方面亲自感受了一下，很不错。酒店服务行业很难做到尽善尽美，五星，七星都不能让你完全满意，更何况山区景区里面的酒店呢？我就是做酒店业的，可能和大家看问题的观点不同，会本心里面带着理解的。
