  这是第二次入住该酒店，由于到酒店比较晚，所以就在酒店二楼的零点餐厅用餐，餐厅环境设施服务菜品各方面都不错，就是不论消费与否都要收取每个人5元的茶位费有点感觉尴尬，虽然事后给予解释还退了款，但本人觉得作为一家五钻酒店不应该有这样的事发生，也可能是我想法不对

  来滁旅游，酒店没有选错，入住非常满意，前台客房阿姨服务态度都很好，以后来还会选择入住，早餐也挺好的。

  早餐不错，种类也非常丰富，开放时间为六点半到九点半。这边虽然不是繁华商业街，不过交通非常便利，酒店硬件设施还是很新的

  上次入住泰兴温德姆酒店，感觉很好，看到滁州温德姆就理所当然选择。标准的五星级酒店，入住后发现空调不启动，联系前台后几分钟就有工程部的人来，测了一下，说什么东西坏了，需要维修，时间不确定，只能更换房间。自助晚餐只是周五、周六有，晚上就选择了套餐288元（住店客人没有优惠）加每人5元的茶位费，真心的贵。自助早餐还是不错的，比较满意。到影视城也不远，出门旁边就是一个广场，晚饭后散步比较方便。

  酒店的硬件设施达到了五星标准，这个是肯定的，但是服务上还是有些许差别的，有点很奇怪，我们入住的时候，没有人脸摄像录入，我们住过很多星级酒店，第一次遇见，没有录入的情况，对安全性可能会有一点影响，还有部分服务人员，看到客人冷冰冰的，起码打个招呼也没有，还有是房间的厕纸，不知道是上个客人没用完的，还就是纸只是半卷的款式。
