  提前预订好酒店入住当天我所在的城市突然出现疫情，行程码出现星号，酒店前台的王玉颖给予良好的沟通、热情的接待和关心，帮我们办理入住的同时提供当地核酸检测的相关信息，当时虽然外边下着雨，我们顺利的到大理第一人民医院做完核酸检测，随后我们入住房间也就安心了。

  大理洱海天域英迪格酒店非常不错的一家五星级酒店 服务周到，交通也挺方便，离火车站，机场都很近 ，房间可以看见绝美的海景，非常感谢Sally，从入住前就为我们准备好想要的房间，退房时因为行程发生变化 主动提出为我们延迟退房，还为我们安排了接送站 ，入住期间都很关注我们的入住感受，退房在大堂等待师傅时还给我们送了会员饮品兑换劵喝饮料 ，很满意的一次住宿体验。

  又回到IHG，还是很亲切，酒店很漂亮，宾客经理Sean服务很周到，提前问了房间需求，还送了早餐，安排接送站，入住期间也很关注。特地选了有沙发的海景房，特别适合冬天，闺蜜说住的很舒服，就是房间空调有一点干，不过放了加湿器也还好。贴几张酒店的美照吧，五星好评。

  酒店位置超级好 和洱海隔了条马路 很新 环境很好 大堂也很精致 很注意细节的管理团队 出电梯 会在地上投影 各个方向通往酒店哪个位置 停车方便 退房时前台还送了酒店冰箱贴 很温馨 房间也很不错 很干净 总之是来大理很不错的选择！

  大理非常推荐的一家酒店。交通便捷，离机场，火车站都很近。去景点打车也很方便。房间面向洱海，美景尽收眼底。洲际旗下酒店硬件尽可放心，说不上豪华也算高档了。服务可圈可点，随处都有服务员和你问候打招呼，行李员动作麻利热情，前台接待态度很好，服务员会送上温馨小卡片。尤其是客房服务经理Aimee，非常棒。出发前主动打电话提供免费接机服务，升级方型，发短信告知有需要随时联系，还贴心安排送站服务。在酒店入住被照顾的周到妥帖。早餐有乳扇和鲜花饼等当地特色，服务员也主动提供服务。客房内免费饮料提供，有健身习惯的客人可以远眺洱海健身房锻炼。推荐！
