网络速度极慢，酒店房间内的Wi-Fi信号不稳定，常常需要重新连接，走廊上的地毯，味道很重，因为个人不抽烟，觉得房间内的烟味也特别重，房间隔音不是很好，晚上连别人羞羞的声音都听得到，房间价格那么高的商务房，连空调都不制热，真的不知该如何评价这家酒店了，酒店的优点也只有地段好而已，其他的我真的不知道是什么了，连外卖都不让送上去，大半夜的，还让自己跑下去拿，本来就是开酒店为了休息的，让我人跑来跑去的，人家常平其他酒店都可以送外卖，唯独就这家不让送，大冷天和大晚上的我一天衣服穿个几次，为了拿个外卖，我都要感冒了，太无语了，前台服务太恶劣，12:00就叫我退房，本来是2:00的，语气一点都不柔和，男的女的都一样，不晓得，他们是怎么经营他们家的店的，这种服务，连一颗心都不如，这是我住过最差劲的酒店服务态度最差的，没到点门卡都刷不进去，叫服务员给开一下门都是磨磨唧唧，半天都不来，服务是真的差。
