酒店地理位置优越，停车场也很大，比较方便，酒店是属于比较欧式风格的，1-3楼是餐饮，4-6楼是客房。房间大，床品睡了舒服，酒店早餐个人认为也还可以，。

酒店有停车场，早餐有点普通，种类不多。由于订的迟了，就只有棋牌房，然后酒店的房间很大，但是格局有点奇怪，房间格局不是很理想，然后很多设施都比较老旧，体验最差的就是洗澡地方的帘子是拉不上的，洗澡的时候外面能看进来，所以只能摸黑着洗。还有卫生间的挡板门也是坏的收不回去。就是有很多这不行那不行的小毛病，但是房间干净程度还行。床很软是席梦思的！还有一点比较好的就是洗浴的是用力士的，而不是什么乱七八糟无牌洗浴用品。性价比算中等吧。

卢家湾大酒店，属于性价比高的饭店。欧式外观，传统内饰，服务理念和水平确实在不断提高。
算是宽敞的停车场，有简单但时不时会有惊喜的早餐，更有舒适的床品，当然还有好的服务。

面对春节暴涨的房价，再次选择了卢家湾大酒店，至少在这里不会踩雷，不会有坑。
卢家湾大酒店的餐饮在东阳属于评价比较高的，所以避开了饭店，来办理入住，门口的停车位算是比较多的，可是架不住饭店高峰期的停车，如果再一不小心碰上个同学会（好像春节经常会碰到），那车位绝对是告急的。
