  面积其实跟海晨公寓差不多大，因为去的太早，原本定的房间只有一间退出来的，还不是我想要的朝阳房间，就看了另一种房型，觉得这种更好，前台小姐姐也没有让我补差价就入住了，冰箱、洗衣机、微波炉一应俱全，电视机也比海晨的大一些。房价也没有很大的波动，推荐！

  地理位置是在小区里面，非常适合家庭，自己买菜做饭跟居家一样，环境卫生家人一致好评，很满意。就是附近没有大型超市，小店子比较多，我们后来搜了一家，路程开车也就10分钟，我们连锅都自买了一个，自备一次性碗筷。可能过年，停车也比较方便，楼下就是小区，有小朋友的可以玩滑滑梯之类的……总之玩得很开心🥳

  这次过来顺德玩几天住的公寓让我很满意，一进门房间很大，很干净，有冰箱洗衣机，还有微波炉，洗衣液都有，很家居很齐全，房间干净态度不错，前台加了微信有什么需要都很快送过来，还给了我们顺德的私房菜的推荐名单。周边也有几个大商场，走路就可以去到。带了家人去这里比较大的顺峰山公园玩，不错

  顺德大良保利中辰公寓，在比较新的地方，虽然附近没什么吃的玩的，但是环境很好很安静。性价比不错。 公寓面积很大，设备也还算齐全，还能洗衣做饭。 地下停车场车位充足，每天可以免费停车一次。 缺点：电源插口太少了。冬天房间冷。

  前台美女服务态度很好，见我东西多，主动我帮提上客房，距离顺德华侨城很近，客房干净卫生，房内还有雨伞等温馨小设施，很满意的一次入住体验，不靠近主干道，晚上睡觉安静，总体来说，非常棒
