服务超好，超出预期，有点提供甜品，汽水，茶水还有水果 隔音情况：非常安静，我平时睡觉很轻，但是在这里完全听不到楼道和隔壁的声音，非常赞 地理位置，同时，感谢wendy.seven.maggie的服务，他们的服务十分好，十分喜欢，一定会再来，谢谢大家。

体验和服务没得说，不愧是洲际，几乎是我体验过服务最nice的酒店（不是黑谁哈，比起某些名媛拼团也要打卡的、甚至号称顶奢酒店品牌，体感好的不是一星半点，大家可自行脑补）提前一天收到酒店的电话，提醒防疫要求以及特殊入住要求，对于一些需求都尽量满足；到店后，我不知道酒店的午餐非常热门，需要提前定位，所以没拿到位，酒店服务人员还专门带我们转到中餐厅，并且送了一个小菜品，真的非常能体谅客人的心情。

房间很大，湖景景色一览无遗。自助早餐种类多，居然还有煎饼果子和豆腐花，饮料可以再多点选择。酒店服务很好，结婚周年过来还可以省级房型，送了一瓶不错的红酒。谢谢Wendy的体贴服务，下次再来。
