  不愧是国内大集团的品牌牌酒店 让人感受到亲切热情及专业的服务 特别是宾客服务小玲经理，见到她对所有客人的热情招呼。细心服务！对我们两个老人家更是照顾有佳，让我们坐在大厅沙发上。帮忙安排办理入住手续。亲自搬运行李上房和退房。还送来空气清新机！临走还赠送水果给我们路上享用，餐厅服务员也很有礼貌待人。总之，我们住的很安逸。会将酒店推荐给来阜阳的朋友们！

  这次来阜阳出差，订了阜阳万达嘉华酒店，第一次住嘉华酒店感觉非常棒，大堂装潢挺气派，地处市中心，挨着万达广场，离高铁特别近，出行很方便；酒店开业有几年了，但是里面的设施设备保养维护的还不错，一看酒店领导层就比较用心；酒店有健身房 游泳池，住店客人免费用，房间 、公区的消毒很到位，房间 电梯口都有消毒纸巾免费提供给客人使用，服务人员都很热情，第一天在入住期间房间空调有点小问题，值班经理张涵女士很快帮忙解决了问题，解决问题快速有效，工作认真 细心，王经理第二天还特地在电梯口等着询问我们住的怎么样，给我们留了名片，让我们入住期间有问题随时联系她，因为王经理以及嘉华所有工作人员的服务态度非常好，我们又在阜阳多待了两天，都住在万达嘉华酒店。推荐指数五颗星。

  每次到阜阳都是入住万达嘉华酒店，不仅它旁边就是万达广场；而且酒店内部宏伟大气，富丽堂皇，设施齐全高档；酒店的服务更是规范、热情和周到，入住时前台的Vera很快为我办好了房卡，还免费送了欢迎水果和防疫口罩、消毒湿巾等，退房时前台的王瑞主任耐心周到，也很快办好了退房手续和报销发票等，酒店的早餐也是品种齐全、质量较高、接待有序。总之，酒店的服务处处规范有序，让人感到称心如意且人性化，物有所值。
