  前台服务员非常热情，快速办理入住，安排了江景房。国标恒温泳池超nice，住店免费，爱了爱了。早上出门看到服务员还友情提醒我室外温度低，特别暖心。隔壁的商场用餐选择也很多，非常便利。停车方便还免费。

  酒店门口有序测温查验健康码进店，前台接待看到带孩子入住，特别安排了无烟房，咨询了福州当地特色的小吃和游玩地点，工作人员耐心的介绍并给予了推荐，还告知交通方式。致电要了个浴缸套，服务员迅速送来，在看到我们有带小朋友后特地多送来了一套洗漱用品。很好的一次入住体验，下次还会再来。 🧹卫生：干净整洁 🔔服务：热情高效 🚗 交通：离动车站15分钟车程

  下蹋酒店让我眼前一亮，给我太多的服务惊喜，环境与卫生也特别棒，前台工作人员特别热情，还耐心回答我的咨询，并主动告知早餐时间和康体中心的免费体验，给点赞👍。到客房遇见服务员，主动问好，哇，有家的温度，房间很大还可以看到闽江，舒适感特别好。晨练到负一层恒温泳池，是我见过最好的一个运动环境，现场安全员还介绍了健身器材使用，运动后到一楼早餐用餐，早餐丰盛，还有福州的特色小吃和现场制作手工拉面，服务员还主动为我提供多种减脂餐菜品，又美味又可口，热情洋溢的餐厅服务员，让我秀色可餐。

  酒店的设备设施都挺不错的，负一楼还有泳池，只是天气太冷不敢下水，入住时大堂经理（工号5034）还帮忙升级了房间，房间风景不错，能看到鼓山还有会展中心！
