酒店大堂非常棒！特感谢侯娇的帮忙，服务非常棒！本来通过微信订了3个晚上，我提前到店又订了一晚。但是由于省运会期间酒店房间紧俏，酒店其实拒接了3个晚上的单，但是平台没有告知我，所以我在8号的晚上没有房间住必要退房。再次特别感谢酒店的前台经理侯娇，前前后后打了很多次电话帮我协调房间，还帮我打电话到平台去问情况，在她的热心帮忙下，最后圆满解决。本来应该要换房住的，都不用换房，很方便。房间干净，服务态度好，完美，位置绝佳，环境超佳，舒适卫生，关键是没有异味，舒服舒服。值得推荐你们都来住。
