首先下单订房的操作速度慢，我不知道是需要什么流程，但是操作真的慢。接着房间格局不大 我们强烈建议换床单被套，因为有人睡过的痕迹。然后那晚的前台虽然按照我们要求换了，可是有点回答的不耐烦，我个人觉得酒店是服务行业的，耐心是最基本的。
