免费升级大床房，宽敞舒适，光脚在房间里走一尘不染房间非常干净。像似新装修的。隔音效果好，设施很好，毛巾和浴衣雪白，都是全新的。走路十分钟到达2号线纪念堂站，走路周边5分钟粤式美食林立。入住没收押金，服务台秒结账，也没让服务员查房。最主要价格非常非常亲民、给力：下次再去广州必住。可惜忘记拍照片了！

首先工作效率低，前一天打电话问能否提前入住，回应说看情况，一般在2点后才可以，我们是上午10点到，因不能入住特意在下午2点15才去的，到了说还不可以入住，原因是我的房间里住的是VIP客户，刚退房，说让等半个小时，直到等了快一个小时，再去催，还没收拾，都快疯了，其次房间隔音不好，隔壁的小朋友整晚哭闹，一清二楚，还有淋浴间没有防滑垫，差点摔倒，我们是住三天，第三天回酒店发现所有一次性物品都没有更换，没有牙刷，什么都没有，服务真的有待于提高。
