酒店整体都很满意,这个价格住到这样的酒店很不错,性价比很高,卫生做得很到位,很干净,装修高档,给人一种很舒适的感觉,房间大,床舒服,前台服务也很好,办理入住和退房都很快,住的过程中有啥问题和需求告知前台都会帮忙解决,我因为睡眠不好,不喜欢靠马路边的房间,跟前台小庞说了之后给我安排了靠里边的房间,还告诉我们有问题再联系她，她会及时帮我们处理好的，感谢，新房间安静,房间有飘窗,从飘窗望出去是珠江，房间内设备齐全,整体住起来有家的感觉,温馨又舒适,很喜欢,我们住的是2511房。

真的很满意的一次入住,除了刚开始被高德地图带的找了不少偏路,从科韵路站B出口直行,直走就到了，我提前到了,正好有空房,小庞前台也让我提前入住了，这趟来是出差来的,所以很满意,服务人员也很好,晚上无聊去前台咨询附近好玩的地方,下庞打开小红书帮我搜了几个卡打必去的餐厅，我和同事去了一家在琶洲江边吃饭的餐厅，夜晚的江景很美，推荐大家去。床睡的也很舒服,特别设定睡眠的灯,有很多种,对于我这种在外面睡觉定要开灯的人来说很满意的。

去广州玩住了三晚,非常喜欢房间的设计。酒店位置超方便不说还舒适时尚,房间还有免费的矿泉水，可以说非常完美,其次服务也非常满意,我们刚到房间就被我儿子洒了一床饮料。只好厚着脸皮请服务员小庞来帮忙换床单和被子,服务员小庞态度超好马上联系客服人员来帮我换，还安抚我说没关系，客服服务员来换床单被套时态度也很友好，离店时我又丢下两只最爱的口红而不自知,客服人员小庞有给我打电话愿意帮我邮寄到家。真心觉得很棒的一次入住体验。
