Location is great! Just in 1 min from metro. Room is very small, but this is okay. I did not enjoy the breakfast, because it was complitely chinese. Almost nothing western.

The hotel is located on the 5th floor of the business center. But it doesn’t matter. It has nice rooms with all necessary amenities, self laundry and even rooftop zone. They provide 24-hours coffee and rice porridge in the evening for free. We stayed there twice between trips around Guangdong, and I can recommend it because of excellent location in the city center just next to the subway station. The staff on the reception is young and helpful. They don’t speak English but it wasn’t a problem.
Actually everything is Ok.
I didn't give the hotel the highest rating just because of the breakfast. It’s quite simple as for foreigners. It doesn’t mean it’s bad. Just would be great if add more vegetables or raisins for oatmeal ??.
In any case this is good value for money

不幸的是, 由于房子里进行着非常嘈杂的施工, 我们只能住一晚. 整个酒店乾净整洁, 非常现代化, 早餐非常棒, 员工非常热情且乐于助人.

工作人员服务态度很好，提供早餐，下午茶和夜宵，整体环境不错，离地铁站特别近，写字楼门口就是地铁站，超级方便，离步行街也很近，一公里多点，马路对面就是孙中山纪念馆

路面施工，知道客人睡觉轻，尽力安排相对安静的房间，好评。酒店淋浴水量充足，热水澡很解乏。投屏不是很好操作，时间也晚就没再找服务员，建议酒店工程人员系统检查下。早餐虽然简单，但是基本需要都能满足。

We stayed at CityNote Guangzhou Beijing Road Sun Yatsen metro branch for 5 nights. Location is fantastic as metro station line 2 and 8 is a 3 minutes walk. Most tourist spots like Chen Clan Ancestral Hall , Beijing Pedestrian street, Yong Qing Fang can be easily accessible from hotel. Staff on duty are all very helpful from helping to order food on *******, making reservation at popular restaurants or other general enquiries. Breakfast is basic but good enough for those wanting a simple and quick breakfast. Supper is also provided and the instant noodle is a good supper option. However, it was hard to get a consistent warm bath as water runs hot and cold throughout the shower. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend CityNote.

酒店位置不错楼下就是地铁，楼下地铁站2号线纪念堂站地铁D1出口进入广州交易广场坐3号4号电梯上五楼酒店前台，有早餐宵夜还有下午茶。有健身房洗衣房

Good location: the hotel is in the building that has 7-11 (not big), McDonald, Subway, Starbuck and some restaurants around the building. The metro station is also under the building.
Good service: there is breakfast until noon and also dinner from 8 p.m. that I enjoy it every evening (lol). The staffs are good service with smile. There are free wash and dry machine. The room is clean everyday. Anyway during my stay, there is construction which make some noise and dust but not disturb too much
