"出差住这里太方便了！房间里的智能马桶和乾湿分离浴室用着特别舒服，洗完澡地面完全不会湿漉漉的。最惊喜的是24小时现磨咖啡机，凌晨赶方案也能随时续杯，商务出行最需要这种贴心设施了。

Great service! 小欧 (Ou) was very helpful and super friendly, telling us the best places to go, eat and play. The rooms were clean and had windows. Morning breakfast was fine, pretty fully prepared. A bowl of hot noodle soup with eggs and dumplings was a great way to start the day.
Amenities are fine, there's a gym and laundry room that made washing clothes very convenient.
Loads of food places just beside and opposite the hotel with really good local food.

前台的小哥哥不仅颜值高，服务态度更是一级棒。办理入住时全程微笑，耐心解答我关于周边景点和美食的所有问题，还贴心地给我推荐了本地人常去的餐厅。晚上回酒店时，看到我拎着大包小包，主动过来帮忙。全程热情又周到，真的有被暖到，必须给满分好评！

酒店位置超方便，下楼走几步就是地铁站，去沙麪岛和永庆坊散步超惬意。房间很乾净，智能马桶和乾湿分离的浴室用着很舒服，晚上还能用投影仪看电影。工作人员很热情，主动帮忙提行李还推荐了附近的老字号美食。洗衣房和24小时咖啡机对长住客人特别友好，早上现煮的汤粉面暖胃又好吃~

预订两晚入住酒店。晚上7时15分入住酒店，刚进房门插卡，就跳电掣停电。之后又清洁员工代重启电掣，但15分钟后又再停电。到酒店前枱告知情况前台职员立即通知电工维修，但不能保证之后没有问题。由于订房爆满没有其他房间可以替换但建议取消订房并退回订房钱。我外出晚饭，返回时建议回复正常。之后轮到冷气出问题，冷气无法调节制冷，送风微弱。再次联络前台职员上房处理，他表示此为智能冷气，由于现时天气寒冷所以系统调整至关闭制冷功能，其后他手动更改设定。但其他房间亦有同样情况，即没有冷气只有暖气及送风功能。到就寝时，天花阅读射灯无法关闭，整晚长亮，无法入睡。所有电掣已按过多遍，亦无法将期关闭。因此第二日早上，我要更换房间，职员即时处理，并更换另一个房间，问题才得意解决。职员有礼处理尚算迅速。

这次入住体验真的挺不错的。房间很宽敞，还配备了办公桌，对于我这种需要临时处理工作的来説特别方便。酒店的位置也很好，步行几分钟就能到地铁站，去沙麪岛和永庆坊都很近。服务人员也很贴心，主动帮忙提行李，还推荐了一些好吃的美食。下次来广州还会选择这里！

这家酒店的入住体验挺不错的。我下午两点到的时候就可以办理入住了，这点挺方便的。房间很乾净，乾湿分离的设计也很贴心。位置也很好，步行几分钟就能到地铁站和沙麪岛，出行很方便。服务人员态度很好，主动帮忙提行李，还推荐了附近的美食。总体来説，值得推荐。

这家酒店位置超方便，离地铁站就200米，步行3分钟就能到。去沙麪岛、永庆坊这些景点都是走着就能到，完全不用操心交通问题。晚上想去上下九吃夜宵也很近，逛累了随时能回来休息。对于想玩市中心景点的人来説，这个位置真的没得挑。
