你们还要不要脸，我办理入住了吗？我没来入住，凭什么把我的订单完成入住了，凭什么不办理退款，你酒店在提交我确认入住前为什么不提醒我，不电话告知我为什么没来酒店，以及可能对我造成的损失。而且30号我来酒店前台办理另一个房的入住时，又多定了一个房，当时前台帅哥说350元一间，结果31号退房时却收358元，请问你们酒店的诚信在哪里，作为服务行业，你们是如何做的服务？晚上房间里面还有蚊子，不知道你们酒店还有多少坑顾客的地方
