只想知道怎么能投诉，这个丽枫就不是真正的丽枫酒店！豪华大床，居然只有一个枕头。门口的指示灯是坏的，要求打扫卫生，居然也不打扫，最后就来简单收拾了一下卫生间，屋里的地点都没有清洁！最过分的是洗发水居然不是丽枫酒店品牌的，也不配护发素，咨询前台，居然说，可以自己去前台买！看正品洗发水和这个丽枫的洗发水的区别，我是在官网上直接买的！

酒店设施很好，基本都是智能家居，干净整洁。房间略小，卫生间和浴室很宽敞。窗外是个停车场，环境一般。距离万达广场走路800米左右，吃饭方便。酒店周围也有一条小吃街，各地美食。距离长隆动物园和大马戏，门口坐公交物美价廉，2站路。房间空调有问题，打了前台电话也很快有人上门修理好了。到机场坐公交到大石总站，下车就是地铁口，3号线直达机场。门口800米左右也有机场大巴经停。

说是汉溪长隆店，其实离汉溪长隆站还有1点几公里的距离，得坐到它的下一站南村万博站下～D出口出来，导航走10分钟左右到酒店。去长隆野生动物园比较方便，酒店门口有公交直达～定了含早餐的房间，不知道是不是因为过年期间，很敷衍很敷衍很敷衍，几乎等于没有～不满意～
