也不是第一次住了，以往体验都挺好的，但这次订的钟点房让人感受挺不好的:15点到点退房，提前15分钟打电话提醒我觉得挺正常，过了5分钟左右服务员再上来敲门的，我觉得有点过了。实际我下去退房时间正好15点的，如果过了退房时间没去退房来敲门我觉得正常，也不至于催那么紧吧？

由于办事经常都会到西门口，几乎都会选择这家入住，前台接待都很热情有礼，这次到店时也不知道是不是当天入住人少，没报名字就找到我预订跟我核对，有点惊讶是能记住客人那么好服务吗。打扫房间的阿姨也很热情，想着自己住简单换下毛巾和倒垃圾就行，阿姨会坚持卫生间还是每天打扫干净些较好。
