😫我订房的时候订错了钟点房。但对价格差异有点大所以也反复确认过预定时间和入住日期，订单上面也是写的一晚不是4小时的钟点，所以不知道为什么会出现这种情况。来到拿房的时候，前台说不能退，那不能退就不退了呗我再开一间😢😢但是前台的姐姐好像觉得不可思议，我看她这反映我说补差额换全天的房间行不，也没说行不行，还告诉我不能退😳退不退我都无所谓了，是要让客人露宿街头吗？我就很无奈了……不过丽枫我住过很多次硬件设施这方面是不错，住的也舒服。就是我今天是不是遇到了没有培训好的小姐姐还是说平台上线的信息是有误的了😢最后还是个小哥哥帮忙解决了
