非常非常好，无论是地理位置 酒店设施还是服务都和五星级的大酒店不相上下。twg的茶包 ，双立人的刀具，欧舒丹的沐浴用品，离小蛮腰很近很近，问前台要牛皮筋直接让机器人送上来了 太棒了

酒店位置极佳，吃饭购物都非常方便。由于位于珠江新区的中心，酒店塔楼本身就是金融中心建筑群之一，酒店同一建筑的下面5层都是商场地下及4，5层有很多吃饭的地方。晚饭后散步非常舒服。可以观赏音乐喷泉表演，包括广州塔等高层建筑有很美的灯光秀，等等。酒店硬件也很过硬，游泳池，高尔夫球果岭，健身房，儿童游乐中心一应俱全。

地点很好，在珠江新城中心位置，楼下过个天桥就是花城荟吃饭很方便，小蛮腰也近在眼前。购物，地铁都特别近。我们是一家四口带两个阿姨，本来订的两房入住时给升级成三房了，景观很好，客厅餐厅也很宽敞。服务态度总体不错吧，但是离五星级酒店还是🈶️差距的，尤其是大堂的服务人员态度一般，但是要的婴儿床和加湿器都给了，而且加湿器有点问题第二天还主动给我们换了全新的。早餐比较简陋而且服务态度不太好。我们住的几天很不巧游泳池在维修，女儿想游泳结果没游成。主要还是地点吧，硬件和软件与一般五星级酒店还是有差距的，但是性价比较高，因为地点实在很不错。
