老牌四星级酒店，虽然设施有点旧，但完全达到4星酒店标准。地理位置超级棒，大堂到北京路100米，仁信、点都德等老店，走路可以去附近很多很多的网红和老牌饭店。最好的是，隔壁就是南越王宫，儿子去玩了整一天。服务态度好，质量高。给我们升级了房间，视线非常好，儿子非常喜欢酒店的泳池，服务员和救生员非常有礼貌，服务非常到位。非常感动的是，酒店还给准备了生日蛋糕，意外的惊喜！喜欢这么细致的服务。

广州大厦地理位置优越，离地铁站近而且楼下就是北京路步行街，逛街购物吃吃喝喝都很方便。作为老牌四星级酒店服务很到位。

房间很干净，服务很好，位置也不错，还给免费升级了套房，性价比很高的酒店，强烈推荐，酒店没有配置牙刷，需要10元购买。

好，很好，非常好！酒店位置和设施好，硬件的设施过硬，部分工作人员的工作也很到位！但是在这里，做为贴有莫须有“标签”的我还是承受了某些机构一贯的“套餐待遇”，所以感受和体会不言而喻，我希望某些机构能给予我应有的清白，也希望酒店能够把我当普通的客人一样对待，不胜感激！

到酒店时，大堂接待人员说房间还没有打扫好，可明明已经过了入住时间。因为又热又累，无奈之下只好价钱升房间，住了进去。这个真的是让人窝火，除此以外，酒店位置、后期客房服务什么的还算可以，但因为初次印象极差，对酒店的好感度大打折扣。

酒店位置非常好，旁边就是北京路步行街，离市政府和公园都很近，步行几分钟。前台小姐姐给升级了房间，很大，床也舒服。不过设施确实有点陈旧了。礼宾部有个个子不太高的门童，白白的，人非常好。早餐还可以的。
