其它都还好，但大堂游经理没有太多的商务意识，不在乎客户体验，让我体验很不好，目前为止在广州出差一个月了，因为项目地址偏，而这是疫情期间营业了的酒店里面，稍微好一点的酒店了，所以基本都住这个酒店，一直用供应商约价入住的双人房，今天突然想起查一下当日价格，发现网上更便宜，所以决定在网上续订高级双人房，结果游经理说网上订的是高级双人跟现在住的豪华双人间不一样，问是换房间还是加钱，我说都可以，然后请她们帮忙把东西换过去，他们说不方便帮我换，要我自己去。说实话可能是我太矫情了，习惯了其他同价位酒店无微不至的关怀，习惯了前台说：因为您是老顾客，我们免费帮您升级成豪华房。可能他们不缺客户，反正网上缴费完毕了，今天再住一天，明天就告辞了

酒店位置离新塘镇中心地段还是有点偏，非自驾有点不方便，但离广园快线很近，办理入住时，前台只有一个人，很慢，真的很慢，可能有十几分钟了。疫情期间入住，酒店入口及大厅也都有感应式免洗消毒液，上下电梯、进出房间全部由工作人员刷卡进人，这一点做的还是比较好，但几次进电梯和房间某个工作人员也不核对信息，管理实在疏忽大意。可能因为中央空调系统对疫情防控不利，所以房间是没有空调的，但对于怕热的人来说，白天确实有点热。不知为何，房间蚊子真的多，但依然半夜醒来打蚊子。
