办理完入住也没人带领一下，也看不到服务人员可以问一下，在院子里面找半天，我抱着小孩还给我安排在二楼走楼梯。晚上出去回来门莫名其妙打不开，打电话到大堂n遍无人接听，我老公专门跑过去前台问了半天也没人过来，让我老公又试了半天，最后终于来了一个服务员试了半天也打不开我说换个房间，一直没人理我，我抱着小孩现在外面快半个多少小时了门还没打开，外面蚊子多我站那半小时被咬了n个包，我实在忍不住打电话过去抱怨了一下才有一个经理过来说帮我们换间房，最后换的房间我非常不满意，环境和设施及其破旧，就一夜我就忍了，第二天早上去退房的时候我就随口问了句我们这个房间是不是还包一个早餐呀，前台查了下说是的，我问她怎么去吃，她说昨天你入住时没给你券吗？我说没有，让她直接给我退钱说不行。12点给了我一张券让我拿去吃早餐，等位等了快一个小时，去吃的时候还被下面餐厅的人说一顿。
在这里住了一夜真是一言难尽。

大床是两张床拼在一起的，当场看到就失望。一进房里，味道大，有可能是时间比较长了，我觉得枕头是我出差去过那么多酒店挺舒服的，环境优美

宾馆环境安静，到十八罗汉风景区很近，宾馆里吃饭喝茶都很方便，出品也不错，在这个小城镇里算比较好的酒店了
