酒店在一栋大楼里，其他房间不是酒店的。大楼的电梯不好做，有些乱。位置就在地铁出口上，距离北京路步行街很近，逛街吃东西很方便 ，尤其去广州南站，20多分钟就到，还不用倒车

電視壞掉打去櫃檯，分機無法撥入，就用手機撥打飯店電話，詢問為什麼打分機播不進去，櫃檯就掛我電話。上來修電視修不好久算了，說要幫我們去查明原因，一去不回。
隔天早上在打去櫃檯說為什麼沒來修理，才上來房間幫忙解決。
一早發現馬桶無法沖水，說馬上來維修，等了超久都等不到，再次打電話才上來。
第一天一到飯店，發現地板有前客人使用過的衛生紙，清潔衛生不優

什么都差，前台态度恶劣，影响度假心情，入住一晚开票问题拖拉了十天也没寄给我，打电话去说已经寄出来了，但是他们地址填错一个区快递寄到别的地方去了，和他们说让他们去和快递公司沟通，居然推卸责任说快递寄错了让我自己去联系，搞笑的要命，是你们自己填错了才会送错地方还要我去联系，出了问题打他们电话一直敷衍不处理。这样的前台给一百个差评！不会再入住！携程也不设置入门级别的，随便一家酒店都能入驻携程！太让人失望！
