1、老板很用心，整体位置及装修，早餐都很好；
2、收银台，开房及退房服务不好，态度冷脸声音大说话硬没微笑，**不是付钱了就直接走人。
3、大堂管理有问题，客服两点集中退集中办理入住，周日14:30卫生还做不完办理不了入住，20多人等平均30分钟以上。尽然没人管理。前台服务冰冷也没人管理。4台机器，3-4个人，一个人一台机器办理入住及退房，其它2-3人摆设么，还态度那么差。
最终，建议整个大堂全部辞退，特别是态度差的。重新整理。

其他都不错，价格在广州来说也还可以。唯一的问题是后面一楼的酒吧，凌晨一、两点还很吵，这点是差评！
