前台服务存在一定问题，问客人的名字三次都还记不住，而且态度比较轻浮，客人没带卡问信息 重复了三次，我觉得不应该，对我的抱怨说 是因为有两套系统，其实多少套系统是酒店内部事宜，客人提供了信息 不管多少套系统 你们自己查便是。所以这点希望可以改过来！门卫的小哥和楼层里面的坐台服务生态度都不错的，这个值得表扬！

环境很好的，用积分升级房型很棒。不过这次住的5525房间浴室洗澡出来外面全是水！还有浴缸放了水但是出来的水很多铁锈。希望改善！停车场24小时免费停车很好。带孩子也不错，敞亮。下次出来还会继续订这个酒店。

酒店环境非常好，服务也很好。出行有点不是很方便，离地铁稍远了点，离广州火车站及东站都较近，打车也就20分钟内。早餐很丰盛，点个赞！

酒店工作人员很热情。房间很大，还有小阳台，视野采光都好好。浴室厕所有移动门隔开，自助餐菜品可选择种类挺多。退房时候问前台工作人员要纸笔，也很快提供，十分感谢
