    本来入住体验还是不错的，帮忙免费升级了房间，很好，但是可能是公寓式酒店的原因，灯光不太亮。然后洗澡的水温是真的难以捉摸…一下子又烫一下子又冷，而且水下不去，水下不去，水下不去。洗完澡整个脚踝以下都是泡在水里的。最后就是卫生其实不太行，在厕所垃圾桶后面发现了蟑螂，这卫生

    一 ：前台服务其实不错 后部的大叔麻烦礼仪稍微培训下。才入住房 电视没法打开 call 前台 OK 反应不错 进来一枚大叔 三下解决了 是电视盒子接触不良 。解决了其实很感谢 但态度和语言会让人产生不好的感觉 他走出门的时候说不是电视坏了 是你们不会开始。不能我们言语便离开，在这 我言语回复下" 亲 是你您团队在做客房收拾的时候没有把设备检查好，与我们顾客会用不会用无关，另我们来的比较早 房间还在做清洁 有瑕疵 我是理解的，所以也麻烦贵大爷处理障碍的时候，理解下‘不会用的的顾客’" 二：智能设备是亮点 ，但细节上逻辑上建议多考究，指一点：遥控器的按钮 麻烦记得弄清晰一点 住酒店的不是都是年轻人 也有中老年 眼睛不见得好使。酒店是服务行业吧？不是歧视中老年人的行业吧。 三：还是感谢 晚班的前台女生态度蛮好。 总的来说 如果满分5，可以给3.5 。

    酒店位置不错，距离石牌桥地铁站5分钟步行，酒店设施齐全，卫生干净整洁，环境温馨典雅，服务态度很好，前台接待礼貌待人，有宾至如归的感觉，点赞！尽管是公寓，但保持丽枫酒店的品质，性价比很高！
