最差的一次入住 完全没服务 无理取闹 我在艺龙下的订单 到前台哄着让我取消订单 承诺我同样的价格 同样的房型入住 结果 套房给我换了破房间 床单上有脏点 阿姨讲洗不干净 床单下有头发 结果说这是正常的 不在床单上就行 竟然没动弹把拿掉 前台还狡辩说 他们不知道这事 ***酒店 阴冷潮湿 晚上噪音很大 说啥没房换了 真是没见过这么差的酒店 早点离开这鬼地方
后来经理出面 虽然也没让步啥 就是道个歉 我也就心软了 哎 真是火大 服务素质真是要进步呀 否则你们的活路在哪里
