超级差评，9号当天晚上预定的房间，电话两次确认前台是否房间配有浴缸，前台人员很确定表示有，然后在凌晨去的时候前台一个女服务区，开好房间我上去一看，不但没有浴缸，而且此房间绝对不是348元这个价位的房间，我打电话下去前台说你预定的并没有浴缸的，如果想要浴缸的就要补差价，我想这样的酒店先前答应顾客的事没有交班就算了，还失信他人。前台打电话对质当班人员却又说没有说这样的话，净说些我没有问过的话术，我心想如果我当时录音了，那前台还有什么狡辩的？最后还态度不好，说是我的错，我听错了，还说帮我换个房间，说要是这间不满意就没有其他房间，语气听着好像欠她十万八万一样。往后入住的顾客打电话到酒店询问的时候千万要录音，不然到前台是说没有的事的。

这家店最大的优点就是地段好，市中心，离地铁口很近。往各处景点都很方便！2-4楼是餐厅，三餐不愁，尤其是早餐。年三十订了一份大盆菜，👍！
