房间还可以，简洁干净，比不上五星级酒店，但是一家人住很划算。周边环境很好，都是公园，还可以沿江边散步。离市中心开车比较近，打车不方便，小区很多外国人，挺安静，是富人区。厨具餐具很齐全，还有送餐服务。早餐虽然简陋，但是送的炒菜味道不错，也不贵

小区布局合理，绿地植被充足，内部多数是定居的居民，所以门卫管理很严格，保安也很有礼貌。房型是三室室两厅双卫还有储藏间洗衣间，室内的生活用品一应俱全，只是拖鞋要自备。周围的特色小吃几乎没有，向南行有两家较大的粤菜餐厅，四人消费在600元左右，在这里住宿两天，非常满意
