打死我也再不去这家店了！首先服务态度差，这家店一半的房间临街，到了夜里窗外的小汽车，大货车，水泥搅拌车，油罐车在窗外一辆辆呼啸，完全无法入睡，11点叫前台换房，宣称非临街房已滿。只好再次躺下，翻来覆去到两点，仍睡不着，再次电话前台，换班了的前台说有房了，你相信有半夜退房这事吗？其次，服务员说谎成性，房间条件差就不论了，连牙具也没有，电话问之说需自备，你追求环保我能理解，为什么我潜入仓库发现了一次性洗漱带其上明明写有免费赠送。其三，自助早餐堪比农村家庭旅馆，拿两个白水蛋被服务员追上要回一个，曰：一人只让拿一个！

服务态度真的是low、我用我的号给朋友订了一间房、第二天下午两点退房、可是酒店居然在第二天上午就把房订出去了、也没问我朋友是否续房！朋友去问情况，直接说没了，要继续住，就要住她们五百多的房！语气、服务态度真他妈差！临近315了，酒店是不是也想上上新闻？！

新换被罩多处污点，像大便一样的东西，设施太旧了！！！幸好卫生阿姨每天都有打扫！前台服务个别员工那种冷淡不热情不耐心，让外出的人心情大坏！！

酒店设施陈旧，个别前台服务态度不耐心，卫生差强人意，白色被罩上多处污点，都觉得像大便的痕迹！！！虽然是一天一交房钱，但是都不确认一下客人是否离店，就把房间订出去，导致被动退房离店，也不能耐心解释下，那种嫌弃的表情真的是让外出的旅客心情大坏！！！
