帮朋友定的酒店，朋友受伤进医院了住不了。已经一开始只是想低价转让了，转让不成功，就申请退款。艺龙客服打电话说我们的特殊情况通过了，但是这家酒店就是不给退，客服去跟他们说了也不给，而且也不给低价转让。今天凌晨还单方面直接确定已经入住？这家酒店以后是绝对绝对不会再定了，撇开环境不说，这个服务和信誉就已经让人觉得心寒好吗。200块就当买教训了，希望这家酒店不要因小失大，信誉是一家店的立足之本。
