曾经出差安排在东楼，所以这次家庭出游觉得入住胜利宾馆也还行，事先打电话问宾馆订房电话，客服回答东楼西楼差不多，所以网上就定了西楼觉得没什么关系，然而今天住西楼后，那个失望。然后又打宾馆订房电话想换东楼，那个客服那个嘲讽的语气仿佛我网上这个价格占了多大便宜一样，要想换房必须升级加钱云云。什么东楼西楼差不多，能睁眼不说瞎话吗？西楼这样的订房价格怎么比得上旁边沙面宾馆或鹅潭宾馆人家价格还便宜？你们号称四星级宾馆服务在哪里？怎么这么差劲，我很认真的跟胜利宾馆客服说，当时网上订房的价格，东楼比西楼报价还便宜，你们钻到钱眼里去吗？
