我去住的时候正值装修总体感觉很不舒服.房间很普通地毯有好多洞洞卫生差有的设施还坏了.我和前台说这太让人失望了为什么你们的房间里那么差?床单和窗台上都有污渍前台说我也不知道我说我应该找谁前台说找客服是客服部的事情.....
后来要求他们给我换了个房间进了被窝感觉湿湿的掀开一看是一粒没吃的石榴.可能是前一天有客人住了没清理干净.
哎这是我住洒店以来最无语的一次了.

最垃圾的酒店。23点进酒店，凌晨3点没睡着觉。换了3次房间，第一间没空调，第二间没电，第三间特别的脏，但也就忍了，实在没劲儿了。前台还叫嚣：我怎么知道哪间房什么样？

这是我住过的酒店中最糟糕的酒店，我住的还是豪华大床房呢。一进门就是冲鼻的霉味，天花板都长毛了;空调很吵，连过滤网都没有；床头没插座，无法用呼吸机（找插座时移开床头柜后面的垃圾都不堪入目）；浴室里没摆洗浴用品找了半天在过道上；晚上蚊子很多；更可恶的是上好厕所发现没有卫生纸。比招待所都不如，还收我420一晚。

服务热情，基本是有什么问题打给前台服务员很快就会过来解决问题。酒店设施都挺新的，近琶洲会馆，坐地铁只要坐1个站，酒店离地铁站都很近。只是吃饭不太方便，附近饭店只有几家。
