服务非常到位，细致入微！酒店免费为顾客烘干衣服。看到顾客房间买的水果，主动提供餐刀工作；还提供一个临时冰箱冷藏顾客水果；每天提供白色和绿色牙刷提供给给顾客，使两人不会用错混用；当顾客需要体温计时，立即送到。感到温馨，贴心。酒店地处地铁口，进出旅行十分方便。餐厅也不错，住宿顾客打九折，早茶和餐饮都十分方便，有广东特色，服务也到位。总之感觉就是好！好！好！下次来广州还住这！

酒店位置离地铁燕塘站B口非常近，服务人员专业，打电话到前台还送了牛奶??和酸奶，卫生达标，设施陈旧了一些。尤其是浴缸，太滑了，孩子洗澡摔了一跤，头上肿了一个包。楼下中餐厅和西餐厅品质不错，第二天早上早茶味道不错，住客打了九折。大人住的不错，小朋友不太喜欢。可能更适合商务出行吧。
