员工都很有礼貌。特别是前台的美女，服务态度很好，一个在入住时主动给我免费升级了客房，另一个在我退房时，主动将发票送到在沙发上等待的我的手里，而不是像其他酒店招呼客人过去拿。客房设施很新，干净整洁。早餐不错，花样很多～第一次入住时竟然没发现有那么多品种。

酒店式公寓房间，房间设施也很新，周边是新建的楼盘，环境还是很不错的，旁边有个练车场，距离铂涛大厦很近，周边餐饮，娱乐设施都不是很多，对于广州这个一线城市来说，房间价格也是可以的，毕竟广州交通也很方便，

从南站坐地铁过去的，大概20分钟就到了，特别近。在东晓南C2出口，步行过去大概15分钟，地铁口还有便民车电瓶车都能直接到小区，比较方便。前台的话是在马路边的商铺。就在入口处旁边，挺好找的，前台的小姐姐服务热情，从前台走进去房间就1～2分钟。小区里面环境非常好，进入要刷门禁，还有保安，感觉还是非常安全的，哈哈哈哈…最最最重要的一点，附近超级多美食啊，有特别多的小吃还有美食广场，吃货们可以选择住这里哈。。。走大概10分钟就到了。房间的话比较简约的那种风格，干净整洁，入住的非常愉快，下次过来入住会再订这家的。

设施基本上都是齐全了，但是没有衣架，住得挺舒适，这里介绍的是5-18层，当时给我的是3楼。
