酒店接待团客多，大堂要让团客先住，等过了第一拔团客，居然要我等后来的第二拔团客入住后才计划给我这个单人散客办入住。十分可气。服务员打发票极不熟练，要等5分钟甚至更长时间才能办好一单，多亏第二天上午只有我一个人在打发票。

酒店离开桂林北站比较近，离市区还是比较远的，门口就一辆公交。酒店总体设施还可以，房间蛮大，也蛮干净。就是早餐实在是不敢恭维，不要说四星的标准，三星的都说不上。

从房间设施来看，算是非常高档了，装修方面也是相当好的，而且房间的空间很大，酒店的服务很周到，办理入住和退房之类都是很快就给我们办理好了，服务方面没的说，真的是相当不错的。
