  酒店服务非常非常好，工作人员都面带笑容，温和又细心，客房服务的工作人员也很热情~酒店硬件设施也很不错，而且客房干净整洁~~最棒的是顶楼还有半露天餐厅，可以直接看到对面的象山，坐在这里。特别是日落十分，就觉得很美又很悠闲，有度假感觉~~这点对于非度假型酒店来说真的很难做到~~所以非常庆幸选择了这里~而且酒店还贴心地提供了接机服务，非常方便刚来到桂林的游客~下次如果在桂林住，一定还会选择璟象~~！

  酒店位置相当牛，就在象山景区二号入口，在早餐平台或者下午茶就可欣赏打卡不必亲自爬山啦！离日月双塔也非常近，楼下就有好多共享电动车到哪都方便！早餐非常不错，出乎意料的好，品种不多但也够吃了！住店客人可免费停车。酒店规模不大但很精致！带孩子没问题👌🏻三层还有个平台有一个小型滑梯，比较适合四岁以下宝宝

  地理位置好，周围吃、玩、购物、交通十分方便，工作人员服务态度好，我带着孩子拉着行礼箱，工作人员很贴心地帮着拉箱子送进电梯，还送了宝贝小象玩偶当礼物，离店时也不忘送上伴手礼，这个得点赞！七楼餐厅正对着象鼻山，无论晚上观景还是早餐时赏景进餐，都无比惬意。说实在的，在酒店观景比进景区去观看象鼻山，强百倍！

  酒店地理位置绝佳，这个房型直接可以在房间看到象鼻山，周边去双塔也是走路几分钟，附近餐厅也很多。去市区的景点打车基本都是很近很近，适合带老人孩子，出门半天就可以回房间休息休息再出门。第一天到了有欢迎水果，还送了小包包。服务员见面都会问好，很和蔼。六楼有专属的一个大客厅可以观赏象鼻山，有免费茶水咖啡点心。住了三晚上非常开心，很值得推荐。早餐也很丰富各种东西都有，还有些当地糕点，银耳汤熬制的很好喝。晚上还了送热牛奶，很贴心。
