  非常好，酒店设施齐全，房间舒适。温泉泡池选择多种多样，服务人员也非常热情，特别是遇到了小朱，详细的介绍了温泉的各种功效以及海螺沟的各个景点和注意事项，还热心的安排了药浴和藏药熏蒸，真是意外的惊喜。以后一定还要来。

  这次去海螺沟泡温泉首选这家酒店。看历史评价说客服的态度有多么好，还主动联系什么的，结果等我办理好入住手续后一没有主动告知怎么去房间的方向，二没有主动告知早餐就餐地点，都是我问了才回答。晚餐是在酒店吃的，京酱肉丝很失败，烧烤就是油炸不好吃，其他菜味道还不错，价格也很不错。暖气太足了，

  很棒的体验。毛古哈子主管提前一天主动联系并添加微信，细心告知前往酒店的注意事项，并给我们升级了房型，棒棒哒！ 除了安逸的温泉，酒店的中餐味道也不错，选择很多，竟然还有烤串😀 忘了拍房间内的照片，贴两张海螺沟的美景

  虽然无法和希尔顿等酒店比。但也是是当地最好的酒店吧，从山上看很好，并且很大，设施全面，服务态度好。元旦人好多，价格有涨价呀 设施很全，有个超大游泳池爱了爱了。 服务人员，态度真的很好呀，一直问我们有什么需要，有什么可以帮助的，提醒我们吃饭，注意事项。升房也有优惠。 泡温泉的人太多了，水也不是特别热。 吃早餐的人太多了，根本没位置。 不过整体好评！

  酒店特别好，屋内设施齐全，房间宽敞。 酒店有个特别大的温泉游泳池，很干净，晚上游泳的人不多，看着夜色下雾气腾腾的水面，恍若梦境。 温泉也很好，有好几个池子，干净且货真价实。 尤其要推荐一下那个藏药浴温泉池，用的藏药非常棒，李师傅专门熬了两次，再结合药熏，身体的感觉特别好，这个温泉池虽然是单独收费的，不过安静没人打扰，李师傅人也特别棒，药熏做了免费延时，有泡姜茶可以喝，药熏效果也好，特别推荐！ 找个下雪的时候，还会再来。
