趁着上班之前再浪一把咯，海宁这个城市应该不会再来了，没什么玩的。皮革城的坑巨多，砍价要狠一点，直接砍一半。
南关厢也没什么特色，好像每个地方都有些硬凹出来的景区。
酒店各方面都不错，前台的Klevin和Daniel，还有西餐厅的David，都挺棒！

最近经常来海宁出差，前厅周经理，陈经理，服务很好的，专业！退房贾经理和张经理也很有亲和力，有个挺要紧的文件忘记拿了，退房后不一会就来致电询问，很想感谢，就用这种方式聊表心意，点赞！

早餐 ：一片混乱 很失望。 见图： 没有服务员 整个大厅只有一个人 进门也没人问哪屋的 随便自己进 想吃个面 蛋卷 没人做 咖啡机也坏了 果汁两天都是空着 那几个瓶子是摆设吗 很多餐盘都空着（10点闭餐 我们九点到的） 很多吃完的桌子没人收拾 得自己找不太脏的桌子坐 冷清吃完 感觉还不如食堂
客房：住完一天 被要求换楼层 因为有会议包层了 给升级换了到时不错 但收拾半天还是挺麻烦 后来想延迟一点退房 也被拒绝了 还是开会包层的原因 这是包了几层啊 大客户赚钱可以理解 但客人体验应该是平等的吧 大部分时间还是零散的客人
