作为华住粉丝，其实对衞生有些失望，遥控器摆放处有烟灰，床头的衞生也没检查乾净。但还是会给好评，因为酒店房间空间很宽敞，楼下吃的也很多很好吃。交通上不太方便因为距离地铁口比较远

和朋友来杭州玩选的这家酒店 前台服务很热情会主动问需不需要刮胡刀和搓澡巾，还给小朋友拿了一次性用品??， 房间很乾净都有落地窗 16 楼可以看到临平风景，早餐挺丰富的种类很多，值得推荐

前台很热情，服务很棒，有免费下午茶，非常满意，感觉很愉快！大厅敞亮，房间乾净，整洁，空间大，有外窗，安静，床比较舒适，枕头是记忆枕很舒服。打扫房间的阿姨们很认真，仔细，像家人一样热情。无线网络好，手机信号稳定，电视画面很清晰。早餐很丰富，口味很棒。有免费洗衣房，免费停车场，感谢前台工作人员，十分满意的入住体验，一定会推荐给朋友，下次再来住。

环境不错，乾净衞生！带孩子来这边玩，点个双床的标间，爱马仕橙孩子超级喜欢，房间也非常安静，下次过来会再定这个酒店。
