这个酒店我第一次住，一般很少写点评，感觉挺好的，周边环境优雅，护城河，逍遥津，步行街，前台员工热情，办理入住快捷，房间干净整洁，行政酒廊环境好，接待员露露，非常热情，端茶倒水还帮忙打印。就是感觉酒店整体有点旧，可能是装修风格的问题。我会推荐给我的朋友。以后来合肥首选皇冠假日酒店。希望酒店越做越好

床真的是超级大，超级舒服。真是感觉太好了。两大一小，非常宽裕。酒店服务也不错。能主动帮忙，带娃事儿多，对于提出的要求也能给予满足。下次还会考虑入住。

优点；一是酒店设施好，早餐也丰富，房间赠送的水和软饮很贴心，位置在老城区中心，距离步行街和李鸿章故居、逍遥津公园都很近。订的套间很大，床和沙发都很舒服。
缺点：一是酒店游泳池有点脏，管理及保洁不到位。二是酒店大堂有一个非自营的玉石店，卖三十元一套的茶具，拉低了整个酒店的level。

酒店地处位置优越，干净，舒适。本人是第一次入住这家酒店，给我印象最深的是房间里面的大床，宽度有2米4，可以在床上滚床单了，不怕被掉在地上啦！

住店期间正好碰到降温，但房间非常舒适！大堂迎宾小哥非常有亲和力！客房部的对丢弃的物品还电话确认是否还需要！
建议更换一下咖啡豆的品种，中度烘焙就够了！
