  🔔服务：对雷迪森前台杨岚和吕怡塞雅小姐姐入住时给我们介绍景区内容，酒店大堂也很宽敞～还送我们到房间门口，房间也很舒适，早餐自助餐模式还是蛮可以的，泳池温度还是很适宜，还有培训班，女教练小杨还是很热情的，下次来还会住这家，绝了绝了

  前台的两位美女服务员很热情，办理入住手续的效率非常高，还免费为我们升级了带小阳台的商务房，这种服务真的让人感到很暖心，真让人有宾至如归的感觉。入住的房间很大，干净整洁。酒店早餐品种也很丰盛，尤其是那些有东阳特色的美食糕点，让人垂涎三尺；餐厅服务员的服务非常到位，主动前来问询需要咖啡还是茶水，软件服务真的很到位。酒店环境很不错，空气清新，环境幽静，室外有大草坪，还有小教堂、湖泊，欧式雕塑、欧式建筑，仿佛让人置身欧洲，非常适合拍照。酒店离横店影视城不远，。下次来横店还选雷迪生！

  优点：1、房间空间大，亲子房大床+小床，还有帐篷；2、酒店环境还不错；3、早餐还算丰富。 不足：1、盥洗区域没垃圾桶不方便；2、灯光开关设置不太方便；3、午餐那个用餐小区域，卫生不太好，灰太大，桌椅也没擦干净；4、空调没静音设置太吵；5、餐饮的面包蛋糕不太好吃，西点师可以去在培训下；6、停车场进酒店的眸出入口地面太脏，全是油渍，需要每天清洗。

  地理位置: 出高速左转，很方便，适合自驾游 早餐: 比较丰富，虽然起晚了，但是还是吃到了热乎的小馄饨 服务: 前台很热情，办理入住速度很效率 由于买的是套票，只需刷身份证就可以入场了 去了明清宫苑梦幻谷，明清宫苑真心大，我们直接门口租了自行车，果然方便不少，还去看了漱芳斋，真心好看

  酒店整体及庭院设计非常不错，房间干净整洁，简洁大方，空间不错，酒店大多数房间都是有露台的，但我的房间没有，很遗憾。整体的服务水平有待提高，餐厅服务很不错，热心周到；客房服务态度尚可，细心程度不够；可以说大堂的服务最是不足，这是一个酒店的门面，可见不到待客的热情周到。还有就是非自驾不建议选择这里，因为离繁华地段很远，叫车非常困难，没有自驾车出行非常不方便！
