  度假村环境很好，清幽宁静，山清水秀，酒店内部设施不错，住的挺舒服，自助早餐品种多味道好。温泉更建议晚上去泡，在灯光的映照下，氛围更好。只是希望温泉水质更好一点，用餐种类更丰富点。

  感受好的方面:1、座落水库边，环境清幽。2、房型设计有特色，房间够大。3、房内设施齐全，卫生条件好。4、温泉错落有致，氛围不错。5、服务态度较好。感觉不好的方面:1、房间空调效果差，服务员拿了加温器好多了。2、早歺没有提供自助歺，但面条味道不错。晚歺衡东土菜不太地道。3、因客人较少，温泉有部分没有开放。4、泡澡大池地面凸起无警示标志，导致有游客摔倒，希望整改。

  湘江南温泉度假村离家只有26公里，距离是非常喜欢的，环境也是很不错👍 就是温泉的水温有点低，也许是湖南室外天气温度太寒冷，导致有点冷，服务员整体态度还是OK的，但有一点希望可以加强改善，本身就很寒冷，换毛巾时服务员有些吝啬的不让給毛巾换，还说已换了几条毛巾，毛巾量会不够的…物资跟不上需求，应该与领导反馈而不是不考虑顾客的寒冷，其次就是吃晚餐时，人量有点多，导致上菜等了一个多小时，其中与至少5个服务员沟通过，却没有一个服务员有及时反馈上菜的情况，后面与收营领班反馈过，结账时打了九折…环境是挺不错的，就是体验感稍微差一点点🤏
