有提供汽車停車場，若騎機車的話酒店會提供住客停員工機車專用停車場；酒店辦理入住快，樓層共10層，櫃台美女幫忙安排入住9樓，非常謝謝；一進房間就看到迎賓卡片，讓人感受到酒店的用心以及貼心；若有IHG會員的話酒店會贈送迎賓飲料兌換劵和2包零食；房間空間大，床也大，有免費mini bar和nespresso咖啡機及2個膠囊咖啡；浴廁採乾濕分離，有浴缸；沐浴用品是AVEDA品牌(薄荷迷迭香)；入住缺點1.馬桶不是免治馬桶。2.蓮蓬頭高度固定無法調整。其它都算滿意，也非常適合帶孩子入住。

2020年，2月底時入住時。
注意Google地圖上面的地址是錯誤的，不要直接導航過去，會到一個莫名其妙的地方。
也反應給酒店了，對方說已經積極跟google反應。
酒店方面設計感很好，服務態度不錯。
附有停車場，樓下旁邊有間全家。
飯店附有飛鏢台，撞球桌可以休閒遺下。
早餐服務人員態度不錯，但食物有點小失望。

很棒的環境，早餐非常豐富，餐點也好吃
早上有小姊姊老師帶活動，孩子玩的好開心！ 行政流程反應速度快，退房只花了3分鐘，訓練有素 很棒！

早餐不错，带孩子去挺适合的，酒店位置在交流道附近，方便停车，酒店卫生环境非常好，极力推荐，算新竹市很好的酒店了
