  疫情三天两检耽误了行程，等核酸结果出来坐大巴车上山云谷索道停了，临时住了旁边的这家酒店。感谢免费升级的套房，惊喜若狂。工作人员热情款待，还有免费水果和零食饮料，宾至如归的感觉。总之满意+++，以后上黄山还会入住。

  环境非常好 服务非常好 孩子很喜欢 上山方便 ，雪景非常美。 行李运送方便！ 下次还会选择。 温泉很舒服 。人不多 ！ 餐食偏贵 。

  元旦困在黄山，就上山来躺酒店，入住到要离开酒店给了好多惊喜，大堂和房间都是香香的，入住、泡温泉、下午茶、看日出全部安排上还真有点紧凑，就算不爬黄山也是觉得很舒服的一次度假了，十分放松！ 许多攻略里都没有提及的酒店旁边的观景露台，其实就是我们上山时会路过的地方，走路过去一路下坡，回来是一点上坡，不会很累，7点走到的，等了十几分钟太阳就出来了，运气还是非常好的！看完走回来到酒店刚好8点多可以直接吃早餐 值得夸赞的是餐厅的徽菜好好吃，蒜泥肉和小排骨爱的不行，本来计划走之前再吃一顿午餐，但是要赶下山的班车来不及了...虽然有点遗憾，但是贴心的服务员帮我们打包了点心，真的很用心。而且酒店的服务员、管家从我们入住前就开始帮助解决各种问题，服务也非常的细致，在这种小众酒店真的非常难得！

  位置相当便利，在谷索道旁，酒店硬件装修一流。软件服务方面与酒店定位还有点差距，有提升空间，比如跟管家到店前有说明过加床，到前台入住时，前台并不知晓。与管家沟通时，回复不及时，酒店部分工作人员态度冷淡。

  酒店就在云谷站边上，上下缆车极为方便。我是云谷上玉屏下，酒店安排车到温泉接我们，服务很到位！酒店环境很好。黄山山顶和山下酒店都住过，第一次住山中酒店，很满意
