  非常不错的入住体验。酒店是公寓型，定的房间很大很宽敞。阳台对面就是海，全海景。设施很完善，可是台风天没去海滩和泳池。入住是前台客服lemon帮忙办理，服务态度很好，还免费帮忙升级房型以及延长退房时间。退房服务是前台黄丹丹帮忙办理，送了我一个可爱的酒店的吉祥物。酒店一楼的自助餐也很好吃。总之是完美的体验。

  本次出行是在国庆期间带着爸妈和妹妹来玩； 车可以直接开到门口，门童会帮忙拿行李（这一点要表扬一下，因为国庆期间人还是蛮多的，保持这种服务不容易。） 办理入住大概排队了半个小时，可以接受。 酒店我们总共去了三个泳池，都是免费的，一楼的大泳池和儿童泳池，很适合亲子游泳；天际楼顶楼的天际泳池则很适合年轻人凹造型，网红打卡点～ 早餐种类还可以，就是人太多了，拿一个煎鸡蛋都要排队10分钟+ 别的都很好，客房服务基本是有求必应。 下次还会带家人去玩

  趁着国庆假期的最后几天，带女朋友来惠州耍几天，看了好一阵子酒店最后还是选了这家，因为这家的楼下独特的泳池还有无边际泳池吸引到我了。 办理入住的时候前台免费给我从高级大床房升级到了28楼的行政大床海景房，刚进去房间就震惊到我了，房间非常大，阳台对着海景，虽然有一部分被天际楼挡住了，但是视线非常的好。 P.S. 管家Coco服务非常周到，也非常有礼貌，给我一一讲解酒店的设施与提供的服务。

  第一次到惠州双月湾亲子出游，因此选择了檀悦都喜天丽酒店，主要是因看到饭店设施比较完善，无论是31楼的无边际泳池、户外沙滩、酒店内部的泳池及各种活动，都非常适合带小朋友来玩，感谢在大堂checkin 时小宝的贴心服务，以及隔天早餐时waitress沈霞的亲切问候，让本次出游留下美好的回忆。

  惠州双月湾檀悦都喜天丽度假酒店 ：前台小浩热情好客，免费送了31楼的天空泳池，还升级了早餐，31楼的餐厅品种很丰富，每次吃完都不想吃中午饭了。还有儿童泳池，旁边还有儿童乐园，室内还有儿童乐园……3天2夜正好带娃度过，刚好够够。并谢谢前台客服小吴的细心解答
