  酒店老旧，疏于管理，前台老是见不到人。宣传的是有免费Wifi，可是到了却被告知酒店不提供wifi。酒店并不在西湖，而是在菱湖边，去西湖大概还要步行10分钟。好在酒店交通比较便利，公交车站几分钟就可以走到，站名为市中医院站。从此站可乘车到汽车站转机场大巴。酒店不提供早餐。不过一楼餐厅的早茶挺丰富，茶水免费，茶点10元到30元不等。酒店旁边有两家小餐饮店，有油条、粥和粉卖。
