酒店其他的都还行，就是有个地方希望能改进一下：洗澡用的沐浴露、洗发水能不能放高一点，浴室里随便找个墙角安装个小架子就可以了。现在放在这个位置真心感觉不方便！

前台的服务态度很好，有免费停车场，很方便；环境卫生挺好的，就是睡床太软，而且翻身就会偏斜一边，感觉不舒服；酒店离西湖不远，直线可以到达，打滴滴或的士大概12块钱左右；自驾车出游的，游西湖，旁边的某些宾馆收取3小时停车费需要50块，西湖对面马路的丽日商场吃的、穿的、用的都有，而且消费购物(超市)满128还可以免费停车6小时，实惠！哈哈哈
